Job Responsibilites:
Recruit, train and hire new associates
Assign associates to relevant job assignments as needed
Work on marketing to ensure company growth
Organize and keep track of all employee records
Clerical duties such as filing, processing, answering phone calls (etc.)
Keep track of payroll
