Receiving / Accounting Clerk

Ideal candidate for this full time position must be detail oriented and be skilled at working with a variety of people at different levels inside and outside of the company.
Candidate should have experience with inventory receiving process and working with others to resolve matching issues as this will be primary responsibility. A working understanding of bookkeeping/ accounting principles is necessary as other duties will be working with the accounts payable and accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Must have Microsoft Word/ Excel experience
Knowledge and understanding in business accounting software, Great Plains knowledge is a plus
Ability to handle high volume processing and ability to multitask
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a business office

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
