Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for attendees.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
Flexibility to work varied hours during events, including evenings and weekends.
