Greeting customers on the phone and at the dealership in a courteous manner.
Engaging customers, scheduling service appointments, building rapport and trust, and explaining processes and timelines.
Qualifications:
Previous Service Advisor/Write Experience Required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with Customers, Service Technicians, Sales Managers, Parts Department and our Sales Team.
Available to work days, evenings and weekends.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
