Pay Rate
Up to 13.75 per hour. As an employee of Integrity Staffing you may also be eligible for medical and dental benefits.
Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40
hours per week. Shift scheduling options include day shifts, night shifts and may change without notice.
Job Duration
Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Amazon Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client's business needs which can change.
Job Duties- General Description
-Learn and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
-Carry, lift, stack, push, or pull thousands of pounds of product with a manually operated forklift
Work Environment
-Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts
-Noise level varies and can be loud
-Temperature in the fulfillment center may vary between 60 and 90 degrees, and will occasionally exceed 90 degrees
-Very fast paced environment

-Demonstrates positive work attitude and leadership skills
-Demonstrates excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety, and attendance
-Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety
-No prior experience is required! To operate PIT you must be willing to learn equipment operation
-For Order Picker Operation, you must be willing to elevate up to 40 feet in the air
-All PIT operators will be trained and authorized by Amazon prior to operating any PIT
-PIT operators are to operate PIT in accordance with the Amazon PIT Policy and Authorized Operator Training
-PIT Operators must read and understand all Warning Labels present on the PIT equipment they will be operating
Basic Requirements
-Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
-Must provide proof of right to work in the US
-Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
-Must be able to read and take direction in English
-Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
-Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
-Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
-Must be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs)
-Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines)
-Regular and Reliable Attendance
